Kris and Bruce Jenner have officially announced their separation. Bruce revealed that he could no longer keep up with the Kardashians.
After months of rumors and denials, KRIS JENNER and husband BRUCE JENNER have officially announced their separation. They told the E channel, "We are living separately and we are much happier this way." There are no immediate plans for a divorce, reportedly because Kris doesn't want to risk any damage to the Kardashian brand. Word is that Bruce initiated the split because he likes the simple life as opposed to Kris, who's all about the spotlight. Some might've seen it coming over the weekend when Bruce told people at an event at a Virginia race track over the weekend that he was finally free and saw him flirting with a bunch of girls. Inside sources say his most recent bout with skin cancer may have led to them officially announcing the separation and moving on.
DEXTER producer John Goldwyn has revealed that the suits at Showtime wouldn't let them kill Dexter off on the series finale. Goldwyn says they discussed a lot of different endings before having Dexter fake his death by driving his boat into a hurricane before becoming a lumberjack.
- A new RAMONES box set called Ramones: The Sire Years (1976-1981) will be out on October 29th. There will also be an expanded digital set that includes the band's output from the rest of the 80's.
- R. KELLY debuted his new single, 'Cookie,' on Sound Cloud. It's the third single from his upcoming album Black Panties, which is due November 11th and, as you would expect, it's sexually suggestive. (Hear here)
- TAYLOR SWIFT will be named the Nashville Songwriters Association International songwriter/artist of the year for a record sixth time! That tops five-time winners Vince Gill and Alan Jackson.
There was another twist in the case of the biker gang that attacked a motorist in New York City. The undercover NYPD narcotics cop, who admitted that he was one of the bikers, but didn't do anything to stop the attack because he didn't want to blow his cover, has been identified as one of the motorcyclists who attacked the motorist's SUV. The unidentified cop can be seen in an unreleased video hitting his fists against the vehicle and has been placed on modified duty and has turned in his gun and badge. However, he may not face criminal charges.
L.L. Bean is creating 50 pairs of limited-edition Fenway Park boots to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the ballpark. The boots are actually handcrafted from the 2012 100th anniversary Fenway rain tarp.
Look up the word 'whipped' in the dictionary and you might see a picture of Edinburg, Texas' 34-year-old Rogelio Andaverde. While spending a quiet evening at home with his wife, two masked men barged into their house carrying guns and kidnapped Rogelio. His hysterical wife called police, but when a search turned up nothing, officers became suspicious. After several hours, Rogelio returned home, saying the kidnappers showed mercy and set him free. However, he later admitted it was all a ruse so he could go out drinking with his buddies. Rogelio was charged with making a false report to police and was released on $5,000 bail.
