Rumor has it that Katie Holmes is now dating Jamie Foxx. It could be true because yesterday Jamie went over to Oprah's house and jumped on her sofa.
MILEY CYRUS supposedly has the hots for Rolling Stone magazine heir Theo Wenner. They supposedly talk several times a day and Miley has been telling friends about how hot he is and how nice he's been to her. A source says that Miley is 'definitely completely in lust with him' and even snuck out early from her "Bangerz" album release party in New York City to go meet him at his hotel.
TINA FEY and AMY POEHLER have signed on to host the GOLDEN GLOBE AWARDS for two more years. When they first hosted the show this past January, 19.7 million people tuned in, which was a 17 percent increase from the previous year.
- The latest ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME nominees have been announced. They are: The Paul Butterfield Blues Band; Chic; Deep Purple; Peter Gabriel; Hall & Oates; Kiss; LL Cool J; Nirvana; N.W.A.; Link Wray; The Meters; The Replacements; Linda Ronstadt; Cat Stevens; Yes; The Zombies. An artist or band becomes eligible 25 years after releasing a debut single or album. Inductions will be held April 10th in New York and broadcast later on HBO.
- SOULJA BOY has been hit with a lawsuit over that hit-and-run accident back in January in which a friend was driving his Bentley around L.A. and struck a motorcyclist. Unfortunately for Soulja, California law says the owner of a vehicle is responsible for anyone driving their car.
- In case you're wondering, BLAKE SHELTON is still feuding with the Westboro Baptist Church. TMZ caught Blake leaving Usher's birthday party at an L.A. nightclub and the tipsy Shelton repeatedly said the "church" could "blow me." (See here)
A new poll, apparently from Captain Obvious, finds that voters are fed up with Congress and want to throw everyone out. A record 74 percent of registered voters said they'd like to see most members of Congress defeated in 2014. At this same point in the 2010 and 2006 midterm elections, only about half felt the same way. The head scratching part is that 47% of voters also said they wanted to see their representative re-elected.
New England Patriots linebacker Jerod Mayo could miss the rest of the season after undergoing surgery for a torn pectoral muscle. Mayo was injured in the fourth quarter of the Patriots' win over New Orleans on Sunday.
Weymouth, Massachusetts police arrested suspected heroin dealer Sarah J. McLoud and Robert W. Owens about five hours after they allegedly robbed a bank. It could be tough for the dysfunctional duo to beat either rap as police found the stolen cash, clothing that witnesses said Sarah wore during the robbery, along with heroin packaged for sale. A check of Sarah's computer showed recent searches for "if you're going to rob a bank" and "what happens if you rob a bank."
