Kim Kardashian is reportedly already planning her wedding to Kanye West and they're saying it's going to be a shotgun wedding. They don't have to get married - Kanye's rapper friends will be armed.
ORLANDO BLOOM and MIRANDA KERR have split. His rep announced that the couple had "been amicably separated for the past few months," adding, "After six years together, they have recently decided to formalize their separation" and "Despite this being the end of their marriage, they love, support and respect each other as both parents of their son and as family." The couple married in July 2010, and welcomed son Flynn in 2011. They were spotted together on Saturday in New York and seemed to be on very friendly terms. However, there may have been a hint when Bloom appeared on Friday's Live with Kelly and Michael and didn't talk about Miranda, but instead raved about kissing his Romeo and Juliet Broadway co-star Condola Rashad.
AMERICAN IDOL will return with a two-hour episode on January 15th. In addition to the judging shakeup, the live results shows will be cut from an hour to a half-hour.
- FLEETWOOD MAC has canceled their Australian and New Zealand tour following bassist John McVie's cancer diagnosis. Details of the diagnosis weren't given, but they said he would begin treatment immediately.
- EMINEM has announced plans for a deluxe edition for "The Marshall Mathers LP 2." The deluxe edition will have five bonus tracks, including a collaboration with Sia. The album is due on November 5th.
- ASHLEY MONROE had an all-star wedding to Chicago White Sox pitcher John Danks on Thursday night. BLAKE SHELTON officiated the ceremony and MIRANDA LAMBERT was Monroe's maid of honor.
Looking for love in all the wrong places is Niklaus Knecht. It seems that Nicklaus had has his cell phone stolen on a train in Switzerland and a Moroccan girl has been using it to take photos of herself, not knowing they're being automatically forwarded to him. Nicklaus believes that the Moroccan girl bought his phone from whoever took it and he's attempting to track her down and has promised that she can keep the phone if she agrees to meet up with him. Nicklaus says the photos show a representation of typical life in Morocco and he's set up a Facebook page in hopes that someone who knows her will connect the two of them.
The latest AP College Football Poll again shows Alabama on top, with Oregon, Florida State, Ohio State and Baylor rounding out the top five.
Apparently not clear on the concept of conservation is Texas' Dallas Safari Club. The hunting club's heart was in the right place when they announced that they would raise money for a conservation trust fund to be used to fight poachers and provide health care for endangered rhinos in Africa. Perhaps not thinking it all the way through, they plan to raise money by auctioning off a Namibian safari where the winner will have a chance to kill an endangered black rhino.
