Cameron Diaz appears in the new movie The Counselor and has sex with a Ferrari. That's shocking. It's hard to find a woman that can operate a stick.
50 CENT avoided jail time over that incident in which he allegedly kicked his baby mama and trashed her apartment during a fight back in June. Fiddy managed to work out a deal in which he agreed to plead no contest to one count of misdemeanor vandalism. Mr. Cent was given three years' probation, 30 days of community service and was ordered to attend counseling sessions and pay $7,100 in restitution to his baby mama. Her restraining order against 50 is still in effect and it was unclear if he's allowed to get his guns back.
JIMMY KIMMEL has gotten into trouble with kids again! ABC is apologizing for a segment of "Jimmy Kimmel Live" in which Kids comment on news events. One of the rascals made a joke about killing Chinese people to help erase the U.S. debt.
- MUSE will release their Live at Rome Olympic Stadium CD-DVD and Blu-ray package on December 2nd. The concert was taped in July in ultra-high definition. The film will play in select cities this weekend.
- CIARA and rapper FUTURE are off the market. Like Kanye and Kim, Future popped the question on Ciara's birthday last Friday with a 15-carat diamond. It'll be the first marriage for both and they already have each other's initials tattooed on their ring fingers.
- JASON ALDEAN'S tour bus ran over and killed a man early yesterday morning in Indiana. Aldean was on the bus when the crash occurred, although police ruled his driver wasn't at fault. Jason later said, "In all the years I've been touring and all the miles we've driven, nothing prepares you for something like this to happen."
Halloween is just a couple of nights away and it looks as if we have a winner for this year's most offensive costume. A pair of Florida men dressed up as George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin, complete with blackface and blood-stained hoodie. One portrayed Zimmerman, complete with a "Neighborhood Watch" t-shirt and the other dressed up as Martin, covering his face in black paint and wearing a gray sweatshirt with a single bullet hole surrounded by fake blood. Washington Redskins safety Brandon Meriweather served his one-game suspension on Sunday for illegal hits, but apparently hasn't gotten the message. Meriweather said that if the NFL is going to punish him for hitting high, he'll have to target another area of the body adding, "You gotta end people's careers. You gotta tear people's ACLs. Mess up people's knees. You can't him them high anymore. You've just got to go low."
Modesto, California's Troy Foster Mitchell has pleaded guilty to two counts of bank robbery and faces a maximum of 20 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release on each count. Troy might not have been forced into such a plea had he not chosen to rob a bank where he'd applied for an auto loan and had another teller not walked by during the holdup and said, "Hi, Troy."
