The divorce agreement of SIMON COWELL'S baby mama, Lauren Silverman, has an unusual clause. Apparently there are hard feelings on her former husband's part about Simon moving in on his territory because the clause says that if Cowell goes near their 7-year-old son, she has to pay him $50,000! Not only that, there's a three strikes provision that says if Lauren violates the Simon stay-away clause three times, she loses all contact with her son. However, the clause only lasts until January, 2015. However, the agreement also says that he can't trash talk Simon when he has their son.

The trainer ran inside the gym as Wilsly took off and later told police he argued with him the day before about not putting weights away. Wilsly's address was on file and he was arrested.
