An icy winter storm has put most of the nation into a deep freeze. In fact, it's so cold that I saw the Salvation Army guy in front of the grocery store cooking soup in his donation kettle.
JUSTIN BIEBER got into more trouble, this time at the airport in Brisbane, Australia. The incident happened back on November 24th, but word got out just now. The trouble started when drug-sniffing dogs found marijuana on a member of his entourage. Bieber dropped the C-word on a female customs officer and refused to remove his hat and sunglasses when asked to do so. Bieber was reportedly threatened with arrest, but he and his entourage were let go with just a warning after being detained for a couple of hours. However, the person that was carrying the marijuana will be in court there today.
You can put your FAMILY GUY petitions away because it looks like Brian the dog will return to the show in the December 15th episode. No word on how he'll be brought back, but a petition to bring him back got over 125,000 signatures, while others smelled a stunt.
A handwritten, working lyric sheet for BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN'S Born to Run sold for $197,000 at Sotheby's yesterday. Most of the lyrics in this 1974 version were changed before the song was recorded, but the chorus was pretty much unchanged.
Yahoo says its most popular search of 2013 was for Miley Cyrus. It's the first time Miley had been in the top 10 since 2010. Miley ousted Kim Kardashian from the top spot even though she had a baby, a divorce and a marriage proposal this year. The rest of the top-10 was: 3. Kate Upton; 4. Minecraft; 5. Selena Gomez; 6. Obamacare; 7. Amanda Bynes; 8. Jodi Arias; 9. iPhone 5; 10. Justin Bieber

Renata Shamrakova was convicted of embezzling almost $1 million from New York financier Todd Meister. The 28-year-old Renata faces 1-3 years in prison if she fails to repay half of the $810,000 she owes by December 19th. Unfortunately, Renata says she's broke and can't pay. Renata might've been more convincing had she not shown up to court with freshly styled hair, a fur-lined jacket, and a two carat ring on her finger. Her parents are now frantically trying to sell their upstate New York home before the deadline to save their snowflake from jail.
