The toxicology report from JUSTIN BIEBER'S DUI bust in Miami is out. Bieber's test came up positive for THC, which is in marijuana and Alprazolam, which is the key ingredient in Xanax. The police report also said Bieber was cocky and profane and "reeked of marijuana" during the arrest. The officer claims that at first Bieber was willing to taking a breath test, but then changed his mind and asked what would happen to his license if he refused. The cops say Justin was out of it and had trouble providing a breath sample and they thought he was deliberately messing up the test before he got agitated and told the officer he was "blowing into the hose like he blows into his trumpet." In any case, police say he flunked the field sobriety test miserably. However, at least one person is coming to Bieber's defense. Unfortunately that one person is Toronto Mayor Rob Ford. When a co-host of his sports talk show slammed Bieber, Ford defended him by saying: "Well, you know what, he's a young guy. At 19 years old, I wish I was as successful as he was. He's 19 years old, guys. Think back to when you were 19."

Toyota is halting the sale of 2013 and 2014 Camry, Avalon, Sienna and Tacoma models because of padding in a seat heater that doesn't meet flammability standards. However, they say that cars already sold to the public won't need to be recalled. So far, Toyota hasn't received any complaints about fires in the seats and the sales stoppage only involves Toyotas built in the United States.
