Insiders are saying that since Justin Bieber relocated to Atlanta he's been constantly high. In fact, Justin is so wasted that he egged a crack house.
Numerous reports are saying that ASHTON KUTCHER and MILA KUNIS are engaged. While their reps haven't confirmed it, Mila was spotted with a diamond on her ring finger while shopping with her mother yesterday. They've been dating for almost two years now and have reportedly talked about getting married for quite a while. It wasn't until last November that Kutcher's divorce from Demi Moore was finalized, nearly two years after they separated.

- Filmmakers have suspended production on a movie about GREGG ALLMAN called Midnight Rider after a freight train killed one crew member and injured seven others last week. You're naked photos may be seen by someone you don't know. It's now reported that Britain's surveillance agency GCHQ and the NSA have intercepted and stored the webcam images from millions of Yahoo chat users who weren't being targeted for any wrongdoing. A British newspaper says secret files dated from 2008 to 2010 show that a program codenamed Optic Nerve collected the still images in bulk and stored them in databases. This is just one more revelation from documents leaked by NSA whistle-blower Edward Snowden. Yahoo reacted furiously to the report and denied that they knew anything about it or had anything to do with it. Yahoo also accused the surveillance agencies of "a whole new level of violation of our users' privacy." One secret document estimated that 3 to 11% of the images contained "undesirable nudity."
The NFL postseason could expand to 14 teams as early as 2015. Word has it that the owners could vote on the proposal next month during the league's annual meetings. It's not known how many owners support the expansion, but Commissioner Roger Goodell seems to be behind the idea.
Suburban Chicago's Daniel Kowalski arrested after deputies discovered beakers, burners, chemicals and instructions for making meth inside his house. Chances of Daniel beating the rap are slim as he was also arrested on similar charges last July. It not known whether Daniel has an attorney but, if he does, the lawyer has their work cut out for them as Daniel appeared in his mug shot wearing a T-shirt for the fictional Los Pollos Hermanos restaurant as seen on the TV show "Breaking Bad."
