Another winter storm is blasting the country. In fact, it's so cold that Jennifer Lawrence tumbled on a patch of ice.
According to court documents, CHRIS BROWN has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, severe insomnia and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, which would explain his anger management issues. Doctors at the rehab facility also wrote in the report that, in addition to his diagnosis, Chris was self-medicating inappropriately. They say that Chris is on medications for the bipolar and other conditions and that he has learned various relaxation exercises.
Breaking Bad's AARON PAUL has confirmed that he's in "serious talks" to join the spinoff Better Call Saul as Jesse Pinkman. Word has it that BRYAN CRANSTON may also appear in the prequel series for a cameo or two. Better Call Saul is set to premiere in November.

New Orleans has Mardi Gras, but Western Germany's Rhineland region celebrates every year at this time with "Weiberfastnacht." Roughly translated, that's Women's Carnival Day, and it features thousands of women in colorful costumes descending upon town centers. The ladies are encouraged to assert their power through customs like symbolically storming town halls, snipping off men's ties below the knot, and compensating them with a festival kiss or "Butzie." Like Mardi Gras, the multi-day Rhineland Carnival known as 'crazy days' is an opportunity for parades, parties, drinking and general debauchery.
The Chicago Bulls have signed Jimmer Fredette for the remainder of the season. This came after Fredette reached a buyout agreement with the Sacramento Kings.
Escondido, California's 21-year-old David Betancort couldn't outsmart a bunch of girls. A week ago Saturday David stole a tip jar containing $40 in funds meant to buy cookies to send to military personnel overseas as part of a program known as Operation Thin Mint. David a laugh as he ran away, but the Girl Scouts had the last laugh as a Scout leader was able to get his license plate number and on Thursday a half-dozen Escondido police and U.S. marshals descended on his home and arrested him after a brief struggle.
