L.A. County Sheriff Lt. Dave Thompson thinks JUSTIN BIEBER should be prosecuted for felony vandalism for egging his neighbor's house and the judge who signed the search warrant agrees. Since Justin caused $20,000 in damage, it's well above the threshold of monetary damage that would qualify as a felony. Lt. Thompson also says he wouldn't have led a team into a house where there's armed security for a misdemeanor case. However, it's up to the D.A. to decide whether to charge of Bieber with a misdemeanor or a felony. Meanwhile, it turns out Bieber's skateboarding stunt wasn't as dangerous as it looked. Video taken from a different angle shows the van Justin was clinging to was barely doing 10 mph. (See here)

A second study shows that a half-dozen glaciers are pouring ice into the sea at an ever-greater pace and the retreat of ice in that area is unstoppable.
