Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez are reportedly feuding. At least they think Miley was mad at Selena when she said she'd like to lick Gomez.
SANDRA BULLOCK'S close encounter with the stalker who broke into her home is getting creepier all the time. Bullock was in the house when the guy broke in and locked herself in a room until police arrived. Police have determined he wasn't there to burglarize the place, but wanted to meet her. While they say he apparently didn't intend to harm her, he did own a machine gun, although he wasn't carrying it with him at the time.
The FXX cable channel says they still plan to go ahead with their planned TRACY MORGAN sitcom after he recovers from his accident. The new series will be produced by the team behind It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and was to have premiered in August.
- SOUNDGARDEN'S Matt Cameron, along with Alain Johannes, formerly of QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, and several others, have teamed up for a side project. They hope to have some music out by the end of the year.
Welland, Ontario newspaper reporter Maryanne Firth was intrigued by paper signs with pink hearts popping up all over town and decided to investigate. Maryanne asked the public to help her track down whoever was responsible. Soon, Maryanne spotted a pink heart next to her office that included an address and a time. Hoping to get to the bottom of story, she went to the locale at the appointed time and found a man handing out flowers while wearing a box with a pink heart painted on it over his head. Maryanne approached the man and discovered it was her boyfriend Ryan St. Denis, who knew she'd investigate his mysterious signs. Ryan then got down on one knee and proposed. Maryanne says she tried unsuccessfully to hold back tears as she said 'Yes!'
As expected, the New York Knicks introduced Derek Fisher as their new head coach. The Knicks didn't announce terms of the deal, but it's reported to be a five-year, $25 million agreement.
Bringing new meaning to the term 'pot head' was Polk County, Florida's 33-year-old Jackie Brown. Jackie told police that he and his brother Rodney Brown got into an argument that resulted in Rodney grabbing several marijuana plants growing in their yard and throwing them at his face. Officers noted that Rodney uprooted several cannabis plants of various lengths to use in the alleged assault and found another 10 marijuana plants and drug paraphernalia inside their home. Rodney was arrested on battery and marijuana charges.
