Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are buying a $20 million estate in Southern California. Or, as the Kardashians call it, "downsizing."
It looks like the marriage is over for KENDRA WILKINSON and HANK BASKETT. Kendra hasn't been seen with her wedding ring in some time and now a supposed insider says she's visited her lawyer several times in the last few weeks. A source says, "She has been asking for advice on the best way to go through with the divorce. Between the children and joint finances she feels like it's a no-win situation. She wants to leave Hank. She can't forgive him for what he did. Untangling their marriage is a huge headache and she's heartbroken about it." Another source says, "They are going to split. She doesn't know when, but there is no chance of rekindling. She is so hurt and disappointed." However, the actual split could take awhile since they're still filming their reality show Kendra on Top.

Husband and wife Tulsa police officers Shannon and Gina Kepler have been arrested after Shannon allegedly shot and killed his daughter's 19-year-old boyfriend. Police say Shannon shot the teenager after he'd introduced himself and that he also shot at his 18-year-old daughter, Lisa, but missed. Lisa Kepler said her parents had kicked her out of their home recently because of poor "life decisions" she had made and had moved in with her boyfriend. Lisa said of her parents after the shooting, "I really hope they rot in prison for a very long time."

Clearwater, Florida police were near the scene of an early morning burglary when they noticed a suspicious car in the area. Perhaps it was because the driver didn't have his lights on, or perhaps it was the pot plant sticking out the car window. In any case, police pulled the vehicle over and found a number of potted pot plants in the back seat. As if Justin Goodloe and Allen Thomas Barnes weren't in enough trouble already, Justin told officers they stole the pot from an acquaintance who owed him a $100 drug debt.
