If you thought KYLIE JENNER'S explanation of her latest car accident sounded a little fishy...you may be right! Kylie's story, and she may not be sticking to it, is that a woman swerved into her lane and rear-ended her. However, the other driver says Kylie made an illegal U-turn with no warning and crashed into oncoming traffic. The other driver has a lawyer and says the accident was so bad that his client's passenger ended up in the hospital. The lawyer also says Kylie copped an attitude and tried to bully his client into settling for cash and not calling police or insurance companies, which the other driver declined.

- BOB SEGER will release his next, and perhaps final album ever, called Ride Out, on October 14th. Last year, Seger told Billboard magazine that with his 70th birthday coming up in May of 2015, "I don't know how much more there is to prove. I wouldn't mind putting out one more record, one last swan song. That's all I'm concerned with right now is trying to make that as good as it can be...I've had a great career. It's been a great run. I don't want to overstay my welcome."
Corey Griffin, one of the people who helped get the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge off the ground, died at the age of 27 following a diving accident off Nantucket Island. He was there for an ALS fundraiser where he helped raise $100,000. At 2 a.m. Saturday, Griffin dived off a building at Straight Wharf into the water and soon drowned. An off-duty lifeguard recovered his body from the water and officers did CPR before Griffin was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead about an hour later.

The boyfriend of Cedar Park, Texas' 22-year-old Alicia Walicke was arrested last week and she seemed to think that his incarceration was her fault. Alicia wanted to make things right with him and, for reasons known only to herself, decided the best way to do this was to get arrested so she could see her boyfriend in jail. Alicia accomplished this by stealing a $3.99 bottle of Mad Dog 20/20 from a convenience store. In what may explain Alicia's thought process, she bit a police officer's arm while being arrested in March while under the influence of an unknown drug.
