This year's Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame nominations are out. This year's nominees include Green Day, the Paul Butterfield Blues Band and Joan Jett & the Blackhearts. They say this year's nominees are the most colorful yet.
Do JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE and JESSICA BIEL have a baby on the way? The paparazzi caught Jessica vacationing in Sydney, Australia last week and photos showed what appeared to be a baby bump. Of course, it could be that she just hasn't been to the gym, lately. No word from their people. (See here)
An animated cartoon series based on CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS is in the works. The series will follow the high school years of eccentric young scientist Flint Lockwood. No word on when or where it'll air.
- TAYLOR SWIFT posted another mysterious puzzle on Instagram. It was a photo of a forest with the number "5" and the word "Woods." Many fans speculated that it meant the next tune would be "Out of the Woods" and it would be out in five days. However, Taylor and her reps say 'guess again.'
This had to be awkward...Oregon Governor John Kitzhaber found out for the first time this week that his fiancee, Cylvia Hayes, was previously married more times than he thought. The governor found out about it from a report in the newspaper the Willamette Week and it gets even sticker from here. Hayes held a press conference yesterday to admit she married an Ethiopian man named Abraham B. Abraham, who was 11 years younger than she was. She says that they met through mutual acquaintances and she married him so he could retain his residency in the United States. Hayes said they saw each other only a handful of times and never lived together and that she was paid $5,000
There's even more trouble for Minnesota Viking Adrian Peterson as he admitted to smoking marijuana. That's a direct violation of the terms of his bond and he could face additional charges and jail time.
Gresham, Oregon's William Coleman III was standing on a street corner talking to his cousin about 2 a.m. last Saturday while proudly open carrying the gun he'd purchased the day before. A young man approached the pair and asked for a cigarette and then inquired about Coleman's weapon. The man commented to Coleman that he liked his gun and then pulled a pistol from his own waistband and demanded that he hand it over. Coleman complied and the suspect left on foot.
