The Lifetime channel has canceled their TV series Witches of East End. In a related story, Lifetime employees reported warts growing on their faces.
It was a sad day for women yesterday as "Sherlock" star BENEDICT CUMBERBATCH announced his engagement to theater director Sophie Hunter. The announcement was made with an eight-line notice on the births, deaths and marriages page of The London Times. However, the sudden announcement has led some to speculate a baby may be on the way, especially since they've only been dating since last summer.
PIPPA MIDDLETON may be joining the TODAY SHOW as a correspondent for lifestyle and health. Pippa shot a test segment recently and if producers like it she could become a part-time correspondent.

Despite its spaceship crashing last week, Virgin Galactic says it hopes to resume test flights as early as next summer if it can finish building a replacement craft. However, the investigation into the crash isn't expected to be completed by then and the FAA said they'll conduct a more extensive review to ensure whatever caused last week's mishap has been addressed before allowing those test flights to resume. No word on how far the crash will set back the timeline on the first flights for paying passengers.
Marcus Lattimore has retired from the NFL before playing a single game. He was selected in the fourth round of the 2013 draft by the San Francisco 49ers, but couldn't overcome a devastating knee injury suffered in his final season at the University of South Carolina.
Joe Lentini and his guests were dining at Bobby Flay Steakhouse in Atlantic City and, not knowing much about wine, had the waitress recommend a bottle. When asked how much it was she replied, "thirty-seven fifty." Imagine Joe's surprise when the bill arrived and he discovered the bottle of wine was really $3,750. The restaurant says the waitress was clear on how much the wine actually cost and after some haggling Joe agreed to pay $2,200. When asked his opinion of the selection Joe said, "It was OK. It was good. It wasn't great. It wasn't terrible. It was fine."
