While leaving a restaurant, Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow allegedly hit a photographer with their jeep. However, they're saying they just consciously uncoupled the man's feet from the pavement.
MELISSA RIVERS has filed a lawsuit against the clinic where JOAN RIVERS went into cardiac arrest. The lawsuit claims gross medical malpractice and alleges that during the 20 minutes doctors tried to bring Joan back to life, they didn't think to perform a tracheotomy, which is a relatively simple procedure that may have saved her. Melissa has also sued Joan's personal doctor, Gwen Korovin, saying she shouldn't have even been permitted in the room where the procedure was being performed and that she left the room in the middle of the emergency because she knew she wasn't supposed to be there and wanted to avoid getting caught. The suit also claims another doctor took cell phone photos of Rivers before the emergency, while she was under sedation. Melissa's lawyer says, "Had doctors acted as physicians for Joan Rivers instead of groupies, Joan Rivers would have been doing 'Fashion Police' last week." Yorkville Endoscopy, where the incident took place, is set to lose their accreditation at the end of the month.

You may recall the story of British hipster bartender Tom Packer, who read a book that said it took going on 13 dates before finding true love. Tom took the advice to heart but, not having the necessary cash at his disposal, went on a crowd funding site to finance his search for love. As is often the case online, not everyone online looked kindly upon Tom's plan. Among the haters is Phil Stewart, who lists his job title as 'Ruiner,' Angry Phil the Biker also went on the site seeking to raise funds to ruin Tom's dates. Phil's plan is to tail Tom on his dates with an accordion, which he plans to play, even though he doesn't know how. Phil told the media, 'When I saw the guy crowd funding his dates, I thought it was literally then end of humanity. Crowd funding is for science and art and the advancement of the human race, not for people who can't pay for their own dates.'
The NFL says a locker room attendant is a "strong person of interest" in the "deflate gate" scandal. Allegedly, the attendant took the Patriots' footballs to "another area" before they made their way onto the field for the game. A video of this happening supposedly exists.
The Pennsylvania State Police have a rigorous application process, which includes a polygraph pre-test. This would've been a valuable nugget of information for 29-year-old Joseph Adam White to have in hand before he applied to become a police officer. Not only did White miserably fail his polygraph test, he was arrested after admitting during the test that he had sex with an underage girl four years ago.
