Vampire Diaries star Ian Somerhalder has married Twilight actress Nikki Reed. There wasn't a dry eye when the minister said 'You may now bite the bride.'
The Kardashians are publicly supporting BRUCE JENNER as he makes his transition, but behind the scenes...maybe not so much. Radar Online says Kris Jenner cried during his two-hour interview for purely selfish reasons and feels "publicly humiliated by Bruce's revelation." Kris was also reportedly livid that ABC said she had no comment about Bruce's sex change, while his two former ex-wives both gave statements of support. Kris has said ABC never contacted her for a comment, but they actually did and she refused. Bruce's four older children all appeared on the show, but Kris supposedly told daughters Kendall and Kylie that it would be horrible for the family if they were interviewed. Jenner's older son Burt tweeted, "Having a hard time not putting a few people on blast who were not supporters beforehand, but want to act like they were all along," although he quickly deleted the tweet.
A petition has been started to bring Dr. McDreamy back to GREY'S ANATOMY, but ELLEN POMPEO says she's excited about Meredith's future. Ellen tweeted, "I am honored and excited to tell the story of how Meredith goes on in the face of what feels like the impossible. I hope you will all join me on her journey."
ELTON JOHN and JANELLE MONAE will be among the guests on the upcoming album by CHIC. Nile Rodgers says he's hoping to add one other pop diva to the lineup, although he declined to name her.
Prince William and Duchess Kate's second baby is due any day now and in honor of the event a London-based company called The Licktators has re-launched its breast milk ice cream. Royal Baby Gaga ice cream is made with donated breast milk-screened in line with hospital standards and comes in pink and blue tubs. However, samples of a similar breast milk ice cream were seized by British officials back in 2011 over health concerns, although it was later allowed back on the market. Profits from Royal Baby Gaga will be donated to a breastfeeding charity.
The Green Bay Packers will retire Brett Favre's No. 4 jersey during halftime of their Thanksgiving night game against the Chicago Bears. The ceremony will come more than seven years after Favre's somewhat nasty split with the team.
Washougal, Oregon's Marsha Yumi Perry accidentally hit a 5-year-old boy with her pickup truck. The kid suffered some cuts and scrapes, but Marsha didn't hang around to find out. Unable to re-start her truck, Marsha ran from the scene, crawled into a shallow hole and covered herself with dirt. After a police canine signaled she was nearby, Washougal Police Officer Kyle Day shouted out warnings that he was about to unleash the dog. With that, the ground moved and she sat up. In addition to felony hit-and-run, Marsha also had a misdemeanor warrant out for her arrest and was charged with driving on a suspended license. Amazingly, police don't believe drugs or alcohol were involved.
