BRUCE JENNER is being sued over his fatal car crash in February. The two adult stepchildren of the woman that died in the accident have filed a lawsuit claiming that Jenner was "negligent, careless and reckless" when he slammed into her car, causing it to careen into oncoming traffic where it collided head on with another vehicle. Video of the accident seems to show Bruce was inattentive, but he wasn't speeding, as the lawsuit claims. However, the two stepchildren had virtually no relationship with the woman, so any damages they claim for her loss might be tough to prove.
The MDA has announced that they'll no longer do their annual Labor Day telethon. Green Acres wasn't the place to be for Tawana Morel and Latoya Friday. Latoya pulled into a parking spot at the Green Acres Mall on Long Island even though Tawana's husband was standing and blocking it to save it for his wife. This led to a verbal exchange, which escalated into a full blown, hair pulling and punching brawl. With Tawana's children looking on and urging their mother to stop fighting, the gathering crowd egged them on. Of course, witnesses captured the brawl on video, which provided police with the evidence they needed to arrest both women on assault charges. (See here)
