A group of Whole Foods customers have filed a class-action lawsuit against the store, claiming they were overcharged. This seems like a frivolous lawsuit. Everyone who's ever bought anything at Whole Foods has been overcharged.
Despite denials from supposed insiders, things seem to be moving quickly for MARIAH CAREY and her billionaire boyfriend James Packer. The annual Gallup-Healthways Global Well-Being Index is out and things don't look so well for the USA. The index is based on liking what you do each day, having supportive relationships and love in your life, having financial stability, liking where you live and being in good health. On the other end of the scale, Afghanistan, Bhutan and Cameroon are the worst countries in the world for well-being.
Another rule change has been announced for Major League Baseball's Home Run Derby. Eight players will be seeded by number of home runs hit through July 7th. Each batter will have five minutes to hit as many home runs as possible, with bonus time awarded for long homers. Hitting a home run with less than one minute left on the clock will stop the timer and it will not start again until a swing that does not result in a home run. Each batter will also be allowed one 45-second timeout per round.

With many corporate logos and Facebook pages sporting a rainbow color scheme to commemorate the decision, Don happened by the local NBC affiliate's page and became disgusted that the station had altered their logo. Don fired off an angry letter saying the TV station had lost all credibility with him and that in the future he would exclusively watch the local ABC affiliate. Someone from the station was nice enough to reply to Don, informing him that their logo had not been changed and that the famed peacock insignia had always been in those colors.
