Benefits include improved physical performance, better heart function and increased muscle strength. The study's lead researcher says the findings could help those who aren't able to exercise or, perhaps, don't want to. Keep in mind that they're only talking one glass of wine or so per day. If red wine isn't your thing, they say you can also get resveratrol from blueberries, peanut butter, red grapes and dark chocolate.

However, this was apparently news to one unnamed woman, whom we'll call Annie Oakley. Witnesses say Annie was in the waiting room of the medical office when she reached into her purse to pull out some paperwork. While doing so, a gun fell out of Annie's purse causing it to discharge, sending the bullet through a wall and hitting another patient in the hip. Police are investigating.
