GWEN STEFANI and GAVIN ROSSDALE have worked out their divorce settlement. The couple didn't have a pre-nup, so it had the potential to get nasty. However, apparently all is good as Gwen and Gavin will share joint custody of their three children although, for now, Gavin will have the kids for the majority of the time because of Gwen's work commitments. While trying to buckle one of her twin sons' seat belts, Foster fell out of the vehicle as it began rolling. That left her 3-year-old son to stand on the seat and steer the vehicle across four lanes of traffic, finally coming to a rest three blocks down the road after hitting a curb with Foster walking along the road trying to catch up. Bystanders were comforting the distraught twins as cops arrived and arrested Foster for DUI and child endangerment.
