Prosecutors in Indianapolis are calling on a judge to sentence former Subway spokesman JARED FOGLE to the maximum 12.5 years in prison. Fogle has agreed to plead guilty to possession of child pornography and traveling across state lines to engage in sex with a minor. The prosecutor's filing also revealed that Fogle paid for sex from adults "on hundreds of occasions," although they could only verify two occasions he did so with minors. They also say that Fogle rationalized his viewing of child porn made by business partner Russell Taylor by figuring that Taylor was going to secretly produce the material anyway so he might as well see the results. Prosecutors also noted that between the two men they had 5.6 terabytes of the illegal material on various devices.
