A Canberra, Australia, man has set a new Guinness world record by illuminating a Christmas tree with 518,838 lights. Of course, the real trick will be finding the one bad light that causes all the other ones to stop working.
SELENA GOMEZ shared details of her love life, or lack thereof, with the January issue of Instyle UK. Selena told the magazine she's currently seeing people, but didn't name names. Selena said of dating, "It's hard and I'm weirded out by the idea that a guy has Googled me before we meet, and that has happened." She also said, "I feel like I look 16 sometimes, which is a bummer because I would love to date older guys." As for whether she'd ever consider dating former One Direction member Zayn Malik, Selena said: "If he had asked me out on a date, I would be seen with him...Just kidding, but not kidding."
An unauthorized FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS musical will be staged in Los Angeles next year. SCOTT PORTER, who starred on the TV show as quarterback Jason Street, will play Coach Taylor in the musical.
Last week, ADELE said she'd like to work with DRAKE on a remix of 'Hotline Bling.' Drake has responded by saying, "I'd do anything with Adele. I'd literally go to Adele's house right now and do laundry for her."
No matter where people live, they claim to have the worst drivers. However, a study from CarInsuraceComparison.com has determined that the worst drivers in the country are actually in Montana. They used factors such as speeding tickets issued and citations for careless driving, DUI, failure to wear seat belts and other traffic law infractions. They added that Montana has the potentially deadly combination of high speed limits and severe winter weather that drive up fatality rates. New Mexico and South Carolina tied for second place on the worst driving list, with Texas, Louisiana, Arizona, Hawaii, North Dakota, Delaware, and Mississippi rounding out the top 10.
Coach Mark Richt and Georgia have 'mutually agreed' to part ways. However, it's reported that Richt had spent the last month fighting to keep his job. Richt had been with Georgia for 15 seasons and won two SEC championships.
Florida's 23-year-old Krystal Kurlowich was so happy that she completed her probation for a drug conviction that she decided to celebrate. Unfortunately, that celebration will likely lead to additional probation. Police were called to a Travelodge in North Fort Myers on a noise complaint and found Krystal and some teenage friends with alcohol, marijuana, and other drugs. Krystal and one of her friends were arrested on drug charges.
