You've heard of WiFi, but what about LiFi? LiFi is an Internet connection that comes from an LED light bulb and it's a lot faster and more secure than the Internet connections we're now using. A LiFi-enabled bulb would have a special chip in it to create an Internet connection that could deliver download speeds 10 times faster than current WiFi. If their tests turn out to be accurate, LiFi would let you download a high-def movie in just seconds. The key is that LiFi uses light waves instead of the radio frequencies WiFi uses. A company called pureLiFi says they expect to have its first products on sale by the end of 2016.

It's safe to say that Akron, Ohio's 25-year-old Samantha Lockhart didn't get a letter of recommendation from her former supervisor. Samantha worked as a clerk for the Summit County Fiscal Office of Kristen M. Scalise since 2013. However, after giving notice, she called in sick on her last day. Samantha apparently felt well enough to show up at the office after hours to vandalize her boss' office with glitter, toilet paper and silly string, ruining computers and other items. Somehow, after working there two years, Samantha was still apparently out of the loop about the office's surveillance cameras, which caught her in the act. Samantha was found guilty of felony vandalism and given a nine-month suspended sentence and fined $1,000.
