Dierks Bentley

Capitol Nashville artist Dierks Bentley has released an in-depth look at the four-day filming process of his music video for his single, "Black," exclusively on Amazon. "The way the 'Black' treatment translated on film just blew my mind and really beat every expectation I had," said Bentley about the breathtaking video, filmed in remote areas of Iceland under extreme weather conditions. "Traveling there with Cassidy and our video team was a once in a lifetime thing. I'm glad the cameras were there to capture the memories we created together."
"The first song I heard off the album was 'Black,' and after a friend got married in Iceland and told me about its black beaches - this idea has been logged in my head," said Director Wes Edwards. "Dierks told me they have black beaches in Tahiti, but somehow I convinced him to go to Iceland instead! We had a lot of hard-fought days contending with the weather, but every angle the camera was pointed there was something amazing to capture. Dierks and Cassidy were troopers until the bitter end...and I do mean bitter." For more information, visit www.Dierks.com.
