Chris Cagle is back, and ready to hit the ground running with his new album, "Back In The Saddle" released on Tuesday, June 26th. Produced by Keith Stegall, the 11-track record features his lead single, "I Got My Country On" which landed Chris back in the top 15 on the charts, and his second single, "Let There Be Cowgirls" is slated to be another hit.
Co-written with Kim Tribble, the lyrics are natural and simplistic. "This is a 'Tah-Dah!' song; we got lucky, it wrote itself. I'm surrounded by beauty at the ranch and 'my cowgirls' are part of the art; I have a genuine appreciation. 'Cowgirls' is already a fan favorite at our shows," said Cagle.
During the 2012 CMA Fest, Chris hosted his 2nd Annual "Unbridled 2" concert at the Wildhorse Saloon benefitting "Saddle Up!" The event raised $30,000 for the charity, and holds a dear place in Cagle's heart. A renowned therapeutic horseback-riding program, "Saddle Up!" allows physically and mentally challenged children the opportunity to experience the joy of horses and riding. The "Unbridled 3" concert is already in preparation for 2013. More details can be found at www.saddleupnashville.org.
