One of the stations has been approached to give away a lease for a car. Ugh. I hate these contests. Nothing makes us possibly sound more cheap or petty than giving somebody something that we're going to take away.
I believe I's been fixed. One winner will get a new car every month for a year. Okay, now that sounds large and the whole "lease thing" is lost in the hook.

Direct TV
Occasionally there will be TV campaigns that are good enough that there's an opportunity to parody it. Laura Daniels at Mix in Buffalo did a great Flo From Progessive video for The Conclave. Now in NYC, which was on a bit of a roll before people started interfering with it, did Old Mac Vs. PC promos that were really outstanding.
