Sending demos to film or TV...Do I need a manager....

Wanting to know, if #1: I should send my demos of song (CD) to film and TV producers before sending to
TV and Film producers before I sign with a recording company? Or can I send to both at the same time.
#2: Can you recommend a manager or attorney. My music is world music oriented and new age.

Very good question. Yes you do. Many places will not accept unsolicated material.
