Telecom Act of 96'

Just curious anyone ever think they will reform the Telecom Act on 1996 and tighten the rules up again to end the corporate greed?

hey, i don't know, Mom & Pop with 2 stations can be "Greedy" too... How much can they make before they are "Greedy"?

The act will definitely reformed after a certain time period. However, the act of 96 is good.
