Suggestions For Imaging Voice

Do you have a suggestions for someone who can do voiceover/imaging work as I look to reimage a gold-based A/C station very soon? I don't want to go with the throngs of agent represented talent necessarily and am looking for someone who sounds fun, prints well, and can freshen a product that isn't known for being terribly fresh. I don't have a huge budget...and I certainly don't expect anyone to do it for the "experience".
