Last week we got several call-ins for advertising and two of them mentioned, "I was talking to XXXX who advertises with you and he said I should call."
- I love that a client is having success
- I love that our client thought enough of us to suggest us to a friend.
- It got me thinking: Why aren't we asking other clients, who we know are enjoying some success, for referrals?
Think about #3. It's probably the best "warm lead" you can get. Instant trust for the new prospect when you mention his friend … and to take it a step further, I've asked our successful clients to give that prospect a call and tell him about his success and us!
This week I had every AE go through their list and highlight every client who they know is doing well. Then, we're asking for a referral. I hope to report to you next week that we've set some great meetings and even closed a couple new deals.
