As we wind down the year and head into the holidays, you should also be thinking about First Quarter 2015. Below, are some points I made a month or so ago in this column that I thought should be a good reminder to get things together for 2015.
- Are you doing a special Q1 package?
- How about an advertiser incentive plan?
- Bonus spots
- Have you considered setting aside a day in December to do a Q1 phone blitz or one day sale?
If your 2015 budget is done, take to AE level and distribute...Yes, I know it's early. So should be your planning.
Super Bowl, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day all fall in Q1. What are you doing.
