Account Rotation For Sales And Self-Evaluations
Being on a 90-day probation at your station should not be a precursor to being fired but rather authentic feedback for someone who needs to improve in specific areas with enough time to genuinely improve (90 days). Some will take the 90 days to look for a job, but a resigning employee is far less disruptive than one that is terminated without any advance direction. Hopefully, most will take the 90 days to improve and at the end of the probation period, and appreciate their full-time status once again.
The items listed before #5 create an environment of support and fairness so that a 90-day probation plan can be executed without a feeling that once an employee is on probation, they are headed for termination. Just the opposite!
