The Jimshow: 7 Years, 7 loooonnnnnng years. OK, our market in a nutshell? We have 4 different markets in one...Monterey / Carmel / Pebble Beach.
Yeah, it smells like Money. Since I don't make any here in market 90, I go there to remember what Money smells like. Golf? Oh yes. Racing and upscale car shows? Yes. Tourists? Yes. Celebrities? Yes, they come here to hide from the paparazzi. Clint Eastwood, Donald Trump, George Lopez and many other celebs have homes here. Do I ? No. Didn't you read the previous sentence? This is going to be brutal if you don't pay attention here. Salinas Arm pit. Wanna get shot? Come to Salinas. Need I say more? (notice in our Market title we bury or "sandwich" that Godforsaken land with Monterey and Santa Cruz? Smart huh? I know...)
