TENNESSEE VALLEY TRANSLATOR ASSOCIATION is seling FM translator W291CA/FINDLAY, TN to COOKEVILLE COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $65,000. The translator will be used to simulcast the buyer's Classic Country daytimer WPTN-A (CLASSIC COUNTRY 780)/COOKEVILLE, TN.
In another filing with the FCC, LA NUEVA CADENA RADIO LUZ, INC. has applied for a Silent STA for KEKO/HEBBRONVILLE, TX due to financial difficulties.
WREN COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has closed on the sale of silent noncommercial KUSZ/RED FEATHER LAKES, CO to 3G LEARNING SOLUTIONS for $10,000.
MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY TRANSLATORS, LLC has closed on the sale of FM translator K228EZ/FORT COLLINS, CO to FIRESIDE EDUCATIONAL GROUP for $40,000.
WAY MEDIA, INC. has closed on the sale of FM translator W266BD/HOPEWELL, TN to HARTLINE, LLC for $55,000. The translator will rebroadcast the buyer's Talk WCLE-A/CLEVELAND, TN.
And JAMES S. BUMPOUS d/b/a BIG BEND BROADCASTING has closed on the sale of FM translator K246BD/SUNSET VALLEY, TX to GHS, INC. for $242,500.

MEDIA VENTURE PARTNERS represented the trust in the deal.
