In other filings with the FCC, SOUTH CENTRAL COMMUNICATIONS CORP. is selling Adult Hits WRJK (JACK FM), simulcasting sister WQJK)/NORRIS-KNOXVILLE, TN to the BLUE RIDGE BROADCASTING COMPANY, part of the BILLY GRAHAM organization, for $625,000.
PINEBROOK FOUNDATION, INC. is selling Religion daytimer WPEO-A/PEORIA, IL to WPEO RADIO FOUNDATION for $375,000.
EAGLE BLUFF ENTERPRISES is selling MEMPHIS market move-in Spanish Variety daytimer KOTC-A/KENNETT, MO to RON UNKEFER's MEMPHIS FIRST VENTURES LP for $200,000, with escalator clauses increasing the price depending on whether the FCC approves certain power increases for the facility (up to $250,000 if the station goes to 10 kw).
