Get well wishes go out to longtime talk host GENE BURNS, who suffered a mild stroke that will delay his debut on CLEAR CHANNEL Talk KKSF-A (NEWSTALK 910)/SAN FRANCISCO, according to RICH LIEBERMAN's 415 MEDIA. BURNS was scheduled to do his first show for his new station TODAY 4-7p (PT) after his firing from crosstown CUMULUS News-Talk KGO-A.
KKSF is debuting its new lineup, including PREMIERE's RUSH LIMBAUGH, BURNS and former KGO host LEN TILLEM, this week. And with LIMBAUGH's move to KKSF from CUMULUS Talk KSFO-A, former KFYI-A/PHOENIX host and former Congressman J.D. HAYWORTH is joining the lineup at KSFO for 9a-noon, while former morning co-host MELANIE MORGAN has rejoined the station to co-host mornings with BRIAN SUSSMAN.
