N.Y. Medical Show Host Charged With Practicing Without A License

The host of a brokered medical advice show on SALEM Religion WMCA-A/NEW YORK has been arrested on charges of practicing medicine without a license.
The BERGEN RECORD reports like ALAN L. LUPINACCI, a former doctor whose medical license was revoked in 1995 after pleading guilty to 10 counts of criminal sexual contact with patients, has been hosting a weekly show, "LEARN TO BE HEALTHY," on SATURDAYs at 2p (ET) on WMCA as "DR. AL."
The current charges involve LUPINACCI violating a court order barring him from calling himself a doctor by opening a clinic in WYCKOFF, NJ under the pseudonym "Dr. Alan Woods." He was charged with charged with financial facilitation, theft by deception, misconduct by a corporate official, impersonation and practice of medicine by an unlicensed person, according to the RECORD.
