Sunny Sweeney Breaks Record At Texas Telethon

REPUBLIC NASHVILLE artist SUNNY SWEENEY helped make history on SATURDAY JANUARY 21st, during the five-hour long 42nd annual WEST TEXAS REHABILITATION CENTER telethon. She helped raise over $1.3 million, at the event which was held at the ABILENE CIVIC CENTER. The fundraised allows the non-profit organization to see more than 500 patients each day with a wide array of physical, communication and hearing disabilities and/or disorders.

Television stations throughout the region carried the show live, while SWEENEY served as the headlining performer.
