Former BEASLEY Top 40 WXKB (B103.9)/FT. MYERS PD/midday personality MATT JOHNSON (NET NEWS 1/3) has been tapped as the new PD/Brand Manager at SIMMONS Top 40 KUDD/SALT LAKE CITY. He's replacing BRIAN MICHEL who left to join CLEAR CHANNEL/ATLANTA as OM and PD at WUBL (NET NEWS 12/28/11).

JOHNSON told ALL ACCESS, "I'm very excited to be working with (SIMMONS Pres./COO) CRAIG HANSON, (VP/Programming) ALAN HAGUE and the rest of the staff as KUDD's new PD. I'll be doing a shift, but not sure which yet. There is a great energy and vibe to this building, and I am looking forward to digging in and getting started."
