NETWORK OF GLORY, INC. is selling eight stations to AMERICAN FAMILY ASSOCIATION for $100,000 to be used to cover unpaid bills of the seller. The stations include noncommercial WGBQ/LYNCHBURG, TN; WAKP/SMITHBORO, GA; KEJA/CALE, AR; and KEIS/YORK, NE, and the construction permits for KJOG/CLEVELAND, OK; WJGS/NORWOOD, GA; WJRJ/MONTREAT, NC; and KGMJ/SPRING VALLEY, WI.
In other filings at the FCC, control of the KFWB LICENSE TRUST, licensee of CBS RADIO spinoff News-Talk KFWB-A/LOS ANGELES, is being transferred from one trustee to another, namely from CLARK RADIO LLC to DIANE SUTTER's SHOOTINGSTAR, INC. BILL CLARK is resigning as trustee and SUTTER is officially taking over the position; she has been overseeing the licensee for CLARK.
RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. is selling FM translator W227CB/ALPENA, MI to NORTHERN LIGHTS ENTERPRISES, INC. for $15,000.
