ISLAND DEF JAM MUSIC GROUP ups GABRIELLE PELUSO to GM of DEF JAM RECORDINGS, it was announced today by Pres./COO STEVE BARTELS. Based in NEW YORK, PELUSO will be responsible for DEF JAM's day-to-day activities, scheduling, and organization on behalf of its artists.

"GABBY is a seasoned veteran at IDJ," said BARTELS, "whose experience in video promotion put her in daily contact with the entire artist roster, as well as the key media who play such important roles in exposing our music to the public.
