TALLIE COLVILLE is selling KBDF/DIAMOND LAKE, OR to ROBERT W. LARSON and RICHARD W. HARVEY's LARHARPOL LLC for $25,000.
In other filings with the FCC, The AMERICAN FAMILY ASSOCIATION is gifting one of the stations it is acquiring from NETWORK OF GLORY, INC., the construction permit for KLJG/SIMMESPORT, LA, to JOY CHRISTIAN COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for no consideration.
THOMAS E. INGSTAD is selling his 49% interest and RANDY HOLLAND is selling his 2% interest in INGSTAD BROTHERS BROADCASTING, LLC, licensee of Talk KCHK-A and Oldies KRDS-F/NEW PRAGUE, MN, Talk KNUJ-A/NEW ULM, MN, and Adult Hits KNUJ-F (SAM 107.3)/SLEEPY EYE, MN to TOR INGSTAD for $6,375 ($6,125 to THOMAS INGSTAD and $250 to HOLLAND). TOR, already 49% owner of the licensee, will hold 100% of the ownership interest upon consummation of the deal.

The previous filings covered the company's stations in the JACKSON, TN market; the current filings cover the company's HUNTSVILLE, AL (Hot AC WAHR (STAR 99.1), Oldies WLOR-A-W251AC (SUNNY 98), Active Rock WRTT-F (ROCKET 95.1)) and DAYTONA BEACH, FL (Country WKRO, Classic Rock WHOG-F (HOG 95.7), Talk WNDB-A, Top 40 WVYB) stations.
And APPLE 107.1, INC. has applied to extend its Silent STA for FM translator W292DV/NEW YORK while it continues to deal with interference issues.
