11th Annual Bend, OR Make-A-Wish Radiothon Raises $24,043

The eleventh annual MAKE-A-WISH RADIOTHON raised $24,043 and 135,485 frequent flier miles that will help grant wishes to children living with life-threatening medical conditions in CENTRAL OREGON. The two-day MAKE-A-WISH RADIOTHON aired on HORIZON BROADCASTING Classic Hits KQAK, Hot AC KWPK (THE PEAK 104.1) and AC KLTW (LITE 95.1). The event has delivered 84 wishes, raised over $265,000 and generated over 2.2-million air miles since its inception in 2001.
The MAKE-A-WISH RADIOTHON featured HORIZON BROADCASTING GROUP air-personalities DAVE CLEMENS, ROBIN FOX, DAVID MILLER, DEBBY BEVER, JIM SCHOEBEL, JEFFREY BRIAN NELSON and JOHN TESH.
