Brad Paisley Wraps First Leg Of Tour With Surprise From Carrie Underwood

ARISTA NASHVILLE artist BRAD PAISLEY wrapped the first leg of his “Virtual Reality World Tour 2012” this past weekend in BALTIMORE, KNOXVILLE and LEXINGTON. The tour began mid-JANUARY and played to over 218,000 fans, with 19 sell-outs. Special guests on the tour were REPUBLIC NASHVILLE act THE BAND PERRY and MERCURY NASHVILLE artist SCOTTY McCREERY.
On FRIDAY, MARCH 2nd, at THOMPSON BOLING-ARENA in KNOXVILLE, BRAD’s labelmate CARRIE UNDERWOOD snuck on stage with BRAD and joined him for their duet “Remind Me.” Later UNDERWOOD tweeted, “Had so much fun tonight surprising @BRADPAISLEY—Thanks KNOXVILLE!” PAISLEY responded with a re-tweet and “Coolest thing that’s happened this tour!”
