BYRO, an Executive Pastry Chef at CAESARS ENTERTAINMENT, and BUCHANAN met three years ago at MCMULLAN'S IRISH PUB in LAS VEGAS -- and at that same spot, three years to the day later, BUCHANAN dropped to his knees and asked AMY to marry him.
