In other filings at the FCC, VICTOR BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of the construction permit for noncommercial WLTS/BARRETTSVILLE, GA to MEGAPHONE RADIO, INC. for $11,250.
KXVI COMMUNICATIONS has closed on the sale of the construction permit for noncommercial KTYR/TRINITY, TX to ALELUYA CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING, INC. for $350,000 (half in seller financing).
FAITH BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of FM translators W204CC/APALACHICOLA, FL and W266AS/CARRABELLE, FL to DIVINE WORD COMMUNICATIONS for $12,000.
And IGLESIA JESUCRISTO ES MI REFUGIO, INC. has closed on the sale of the construction permit for a new FM at QUEMADO, TX to HERMENGILDO GONZALEZ's MULTIMEDEOS RADIO OLA for $18,000 and another at ENCINAL, TX to the same buyer for $12,000.
The Commission also dismissed the refiled application by DFWU, INC. to move its KFXI/MARLOW, OK to LAWTON, OK
