ALL ACCESS sends get well soon wishes to CURB/NASHVILLE artist LeANN RIMES, who is currently recovering from an illness. MCA NASHVILLE artist VINCE GILL filled in for RIMES at her SATURDAY (3/10) tour stop at the SOUTHERN KENTUCKY PERFORMING ARTS CENTER in BROWLING GREEN.
RIMES tweeted, “My band would not let me go on and the doc told me if I would have I would have passed out from dehydration. Anyway, gonna take it easy and rest between takes in the studio and should be good to go for the photo shoot on FRIDAY (3/16).”
According to E! ONLINE, RIMES also snuck in a visit with a special little girl on MONDAY (2/12), spending the afternoon with 6-year old CADENCE COGS at DISNEYLAND. COGS is suffering from multiple disorders, with one leading to blindness. Her dream was to visit DISNEYLAND before she lost her sight. RIMES worked with the WISH UPON A HERO foundation to grant her wish after learning about it on TWITTER.
"Just spent a lovely hr with the most beautiful family, the COGS family," RIMES tweeted. "CADENCE is a blessing. She was so wide eyed and the family so grateful! A little girl's whole life was made today and her whole family got to share in her joy. @wishuponahero THIS is why you guys should be so proud of the organization you have created."
