RAB To Offer Monthly eBlast Named 'The Pitch'

THE RAB has launched "THE PITCH," a monthly e-blast from the RADIO ADVERTISING BUREAU that provides "strategic and insightful leads to local radio sellers and managers based on National and regional activity and historical/thematic trends."
Each edition of "THE PITCH" will include:
1. "Hot" categories for sales opportunities each month (for example -- Lawn and Garden is key during the month of MARCH because APRIL and MAY represent that category's top revenue producing months.)
2. Advertisers that have new ad campaigns breaking across media channels (if a campaign is announced as TV, print or digital only, there is still always an opportunity to sell local Radio)
3. Sales Tips from the Top -- Quotes or interviews from in-category clients, agencies or seasoned sales executives/training consultants.
4. Link to RAB.com where sales reps and managers can customize an opportunity presentation that includes thought starter ideas, general information that touts Radio's strengths and place holder slides for each sales executive to complete with local station data. This site will also include message boards for information sharing as it pertains to each category.
