Don't look for GRUPO TELEVISA and HAIM SABAN's groups to merge in their efforts to buy UNIVISION.
REUTERS reports that TELEVISA's Chairman EMILIO AZCARRAGA JEAN says that if its bid is rejected, his company "has no intention of engaging in any negotiations with HAIM SABAN and the group he has formed or any other party with respect to UNIVISION."
The two groups, each comprised of several equity firms, are considered the leading contenders to get the Spanish-language TV-radio-music giant.
